We employ all our own in-house installers, so you can be confident in the trades working on your home or business, and with a combined 60+ years of installation experience, you can rest assured we know what we’re doing!
Brad Robson Director
Brad is the Director of Solar My Home WA and has been installing solar PV systems since 2007. He began his apprenticeship with his father, a qualified CEC installer and electrician of over 40 years, who instilled in him a passion for people and the environment.
He started Solar My Home WA with the vision to not only help people discover how affordable and beneficial Solar Energy is for their home, but with the goal to incorporate new forms of renewable energy into residential homes as it becomes available.
Leading an elite team of dedicated employees, Brad is passionate about mentoring and developing his people to uphold the highest quality of work.
When he’s not on site or in the office Brad enjoys the gym, Brazilian Jujitsu, and spending time with his family.
Jade Robson Manager of Office & HSE
Jade joined Solar My Home WA in 2018 as the Manager of Office & HSE. She holds a Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Health) and a Graduate Diploma in Work Health & Safety, and has a passion for all things health and the environment.
Jade is responsible for overseeing company operations, managing bookings and client interactions, monitoring and improving health and safety within the business, and the delivery and maintenance of the Health, Safety and Environmental Management System to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards and codes of practice.
She is also responsible for the education, communication and implementation of the company’s HSE system and is constantly working on improving quality control in line with the Solar My Home HSE and environmental procedures.
Jade loves keeping fit & active and in 2021 ticked off a long term goal, completing the Perth Marathon. Her other big passion in life is her kids & she loves spending quality time with her two children, Bodhi and Tillie.
Hayley Windle Personal Assistant to Director
Hayley has been with Solar My Home WA since 2020 and has over 20 years experience in administration, account management & event management.
She began her career in New Zealand as PA to the Commissioner of Inland Revenue before taking on the role of PA/Events Coordinator in the Air New Zealand sales team. After moving to Australia she worked for Corporate Travel Management as Senior Client Value Manager before joining the team at Solar My Home WA.
Hayley is Personal Assistant to the Director, Brad Robson, and is also responsible for diary management, event management, supplier tenders, monthly & quarterly key client reviews, liaising with clients and customer service.
Hayley has 3 young kids and loves to spend her spare time camping with her family around WA.
Danielle Csosza Administration
Danielle joined Solar My Home WA in 2022 and is responsible for diary management, contract processing, data management, monthly & quarterly key client reviews, liaising with clients and customer service.
Danielle has 3 girls and loves to spend time as a family at the beach as well as camping, fishing and enjoying the outdoors. She’s also a volunteer fire fighter for the Quinns Rock Bush Fire Brigade and enjoys keeping fit and active.
Kim Robson Sales Professional
Kim completed his electrical training in 1984 and remained employed as an electrician in the appliance service industry until the year 2000. He then managed his own business in solar hot water, air conditioning, and heating retail sales until 2005. In 2006 Kim returned to his trade and became an Electrical Contractor, further extending his qualifications to become a CEC Accredited Solar Installer and CEC Accredited Battery Storage Installer.
Kim boasts his greatest accomplishment to date to be his business success in the competitive industry of solar power sales and installations since 2008. He has been personally involved in the installation of thousands of domestic and commercial solar PV systems throughout WA, along with the installation of numerous battery storage solutions. Kim managed a team of ten employees, successfully trained eight electrical apprentices to completion of trade, and maintained healthy and professional relationships with all clients, builders, and industry colleagues.
Kim continues to be a passionate advocate for the renewable energy sector, maintains an extensive knowledge of available products, and stays up to date with all technical developments and industry requirements.
Racing go karts and heading out with the caravan is where you’ll find Kim most weekends.
Slade Ruddin Electrician
Born in South Africa and growing up in England, Slade fell in love with being an electrician when he studied electrical engineering for a year following high school, enjoying the technical aspect behind it as well as working with his hands.
He has 11 years experience in the general electrical industry but a passion for the environment and our future planet saw him make a move into renewable energies.
Slade prides himself on a good work ethic, ensuring any electrical installation is safe and compliant and up to current regulatory standards. Most importantly for him though, is that the customer is completely satisfied with any work he has completed.
In his spare time he enjoys playing/watching rugby and going to the beach for a surf.
Matt Jackson Electrician
Matt commenced with Solar My Home WA as mature age apprentice in 2019. Since then he has assisted in the installation of thousands of domestic and commercial solar PV systems throughout WA, along with numerous battery storage solutions. During this time he has maintained an incident free health and safety record.
Matt has a strong belief in customer satisfaction and loves a challenge, especially when it comes to electrical fault finding, service and repair.
When he’s not at work Matt enjoys being out in the ocean surfing & jetskiing, playing footy and spending time with family and mates.
Ryan Newick Electrical Apprentice
Ryan joined the Solar My Home WA team in 2023 as an apprentice and has since become an important part of our team. He is gaining a great knowledge and understanding of industry requirements, through both his studies and workplace mentors, and shows great maturity in the way he works and conducts himself.
Ryan is a dedicated footballer, this year being awarded Fairest & Best for his grade in the Perth Football League. When he’s not playing football he enjoys spending time with family & friends, heading to the beach and getting ready for the pre-season!
