In addition to our large portfolio of residential installations, we pride ourselves on helping WA businesses reduce their impact on the environment and save thousands on their running costs. We have completed installations for a range of businesses, including freight companies, liquor stores, commercial warehouses and fabrication companies, just to name a few.
Along with solar PV systems we are installing an increasing number of electric vehicle charging stations at businesses all over Perth, as well as solar battery storage systems.

MacLean Electrical Wholesale
Solar My Home WA was engaged by MacLean Electrical to conduct an energy report to determine the impact a commercial solar system would have on their large warehouse. Solar My Home WA provided a proposal to install a 30kW system.
Project deliverables included;
- Installation of a 30kW system as per manufacturer’s instructions and local regulations
- Coordination of stock delivery
- Site diagrams & engineering certification
- Remote and on-site support
- Export limitation through means of energy meter on site
Derby, Main Roads WA
Solar My Home WA was engaged by the WA State Government Finance Department to complete a 39.9kW Solar PV installation on the Main Roads Building in Derby Western Australia.
The project included working in conjunction with multiple Local Government Departments and electricity providers to offer the best possible solution for the client.
Project deliverables included;
- Shipping and coordinating the delivery of goods
- Remote communications of electrical equipment
- Approval of the system via Horizon Power Guidelines
- Implementation of safety systems
- Induction to site under SMHWA for external contractors
- Constant and clear communications with Main Roads WA and the State Government Finance Department
