Jocelyn Alexander2024-02-14Did a professional job installing our wallbox charger. However the real test of a company is how they respond when something goes wrong. Unfortunately our wallbox charger was faulty. They came out to make checks and do a factory reset for no charge. When that failed, and Wallbox continued to be unresponsive and difficult, they agree to install a new charger for me for no additional fee and to take up the problem with wallbox directly. So whilst Wallbox have given me dreadful customer service, these guys have done the opposite. Highly recommend them for any solar or EV charger needs! Thank you so much Solar my home!
